Security Group Management

IMPORTANT: Users And Accounts must be assigned to a Group, in order to make the management of Groups work correctly.
Create Project Related or Project Task Related one or Multiple Documents in Documents Module. You can write Notes of Projects, Calls, and Meetings in Notes Module.
A user needs only a few Modules such as Project Management, Recruitment Process etc, for Specific Demo.
If there are more than 40 Modules in CRM, From which only a Project Related Modules are needed, then there would be no use of any other module.
It's easy and simple to maintain the data when a user has access to the required ones only.
Instructions on how to use Project Management:
After Login In Project Management, Verify all Modules which are available. Find all the Possible Modules for any Project Management.
Change the Settings from System Settings, such as - System Name, Logo etc.
The Admin Can Hide and show the Modules from Display Modules and Subpanels this option, which is available in admin.
Create 5 to 6 Users in User Management, with respect to different Departments such as Project Manager, Team Lead, Tester, Developer, Designer, Data operator etc.
Create 1 Security Group in Security Group Management for Users who are Involved in the Project.
Create Role using Role Management for above User, defining their access to modules and actions.
Project Manager can create Records in Modules and assign them to Team Lead or Tester, Developer, Designer, etc.
Team Lead can Create Records and assign it to the Tester, Developer, Designer, etc.
Tester, Developer, Designer Can View these Records.
You can Create Multiple Security Group for one or Many Projects.
Admin can Create New user and add it to Security Groups.
Set the Dashboard according to Department and Module Access.
