How to use

In this recruitment process, 5 modules are of importance - Accounts, Jobs, Resumes, Email and Calendar. These 5 modules are used for recruitment process in following ways.

Accounts module:

Create an account: Create a new account to post your related jobs under your account.

 Email module: You can send a job requirement to the deserving candidates who are in search of employment. Also, resumes(candidate profiles matching client requirements) could be sent to the clients who need to recruit employees. History of sent emails related to any account, job or resume is stored and maintained.

Calendar module:  This module provides you with the functionality to create an activity to schedule meeting(interviews) or schedule calls(interview calls). You can add an invitee or create a new invite and email the invites to the selected invitees. The invites are saved and displayed on the calendar. You can edit the created activities.

In the Following example, given image shows two activities - The aptitude test to be conducted and an interview call.

Create an activity:  An activity may be to schedule as face to face interview, aptitude test, schedule a call, schedule a meeting with the recruitment team and much more.
